Intermediate PHP Developer

The Position: We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, the ability to work unsupervised, and who is passionate about delivering high quality work on tight timelines.

As an integral member of the R&D department, your duties will include:

  • Building integration tools that will allow communication between our products and multiple other companies, using PHP and web services on our existing framework.
  • Architect solutions
  • Ad-hoc research as directed
  • Development of middleware framework and internal web API as required.
  • Perform related duties as assigned

It would be expected that you would follow industry best practices and Solutions360 protocol while performing your duties.

The Requirements: PHP expert. A deep understanding of the PHP programming language will be essential.

Bonus Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SQL, specifically Microsoft’s T-SQL
  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • XML/XSLT
  • SOAP/REST or other web service protocol.

Senior Accounting Analyst Position

The Position:We are looking for another Senior Accounting Analyst to add to our Customer Care Team.

The Requirements: Some of the duties you will be responsible for.

  • Strong background in financial accounting
  • Strong background in job costing
  • Strong business analysis and technical skills
  • Experience working in Windows and SQL Server environments
  • Ability to travel within and outside of Canada (up to 5%)

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team of Client Care Specialists to find solutions for any accounting/financial or functional support issues.
  • Create and Deliver User Training via WebEx and in-person sessions
  • Create/Update user documentation
  • Work with the development team throughout the change order process
  • Participate in daily status update sessions
  • Host periodic MasterClass™ (Super User) teleconference meetings.
  • Assist with QA team testing cycles

Preference given to:

  • The ability to work directly in MS SQL is a definite asset
  • Application Support experience
  • A professional with demonstrated high performance in a similar field/role

Soft Skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing business demands with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Senior IT/System Administration Position

The Position: We are looking for an experienced well-rounded candidate, who will come in and set to work streamlining and building upon our existing IT processes.

Sales Executive / Business Development Position

The Position:

Working alongside our group of talented, driven individuals we provide a proactive, dynamic working environment and offer the opportunity to apply expertise and creativity in developing this position. Our group exemplifies strong teamwork with a genuine enthusiasm for selling!

Reporting to our Executive Vice President, you will be responsible for lead generation, pre-qualifying leads and driving sales of business solutions and related services to a specific marketplace in a competitive environment. Your ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-level executives within suspect organizations will be pivotal to your success in qualifying leads early. You will spot the key indicators of growing organizations and be able to identify real opportunities by asking the tough questions early in the sales cycle.  You must be able to provide real value to “business conversations” with C-level and Ownership about their organizations and industry. Your sharp reasoning and business acumen will help you navigate a prospect through our focused sales methodology and articulate a compelling value proposition to prospects.  Once a lead is qualified and established as a valid prospect a large degree of sales support is provided throughout the remainder of the sales process.  Primary focus is on opening the right doors.

The Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years outside sales experience in Software or Business Services to end-users using a solution selling or complex sales model.
  • Specific experience within the Low Voltage Contractors industry is a huge advantage.
  • Be a top producer by exceeding quotas in past positions.
  • A record of prospecting and securing mid-sized privately held accounts through cold calling, consultative selling, relationship development and effective negotiation.
  • Experience selling into the Ownership, C-Suite and VP levels.
  • Must have experience conducting discovery calls/meetings to identify and expose core challenges.
  • Must have the ability to understand the root-cause of business problems and have the ability to articulate the effect of status quo on the business and the value of resolving them.
  • Ability to align a prospects challenges with aspects of our solution and prove value and ROI.
  • Posses the ability to negotiate contractual terms to close a sale.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Must be able to open doors and deliver an articulate and succinct value proposition.
  • A strong understanding of business in general and the key metrics that are used in managing and growing a business.
  • Must encompass and value personal integrity and intellectual honesty.
