Accounting Analyst – Remote

As a full-time “remote” Accounting Analyst at Solutions360 Inc, reporting to the Director of Customer Care, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of Solutions360 Inc’s flagship software “Q360” and assist customers with their financial and accounting requirements.

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual who will work (remotely) with CFOs, Controllers and other Accounting Professionals within leading “Technology Integration” companies throughout North America. This role is an opportunity to leverage your accounting skills and experience, allowing customers to realize the full value of Q360 and ensure they achieve success in their business goals.

You will have the proven ability to work out of your own home. Although regular travel is not an aspect of the position, occasional travel (post Covid) is required for on-boarding, training, professional development and assimilation with other Solutions360 team members. Solutions360 leverages the latest video and team collaboration tools to ensure our remote workforce is connected and engaged with our Corporate Team.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in financial accounting and job costing
  • Strong business analysis and technical skills
  • Ability to travel within the US and Canada

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team of Customer Care Specialists to find solutions for any accounting/financial or functional issues
  • Assist the Professional Services and Development teams throughout the implementation process and development cycle
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Q360 and its accounting functions, as well as how various areas of the software affect accounting and financial reporting
  • Participate in daily status update sessions
  • Host periodic Master Class (Super User) webinar meetings

Customer Success Manager – Remote

We are growing and are looking to integrate another enthusiastic Customer Success Manager into our existing Customer Care group.

What is a Customer Success Manager?

As a full-time Customer Success Manager at Solutions360 Inc, you will report to the Director of Customer Care. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of Solutions360 Inc’s flagship software “Q360™” and actively participate and lead customer meetings and ad-hoc training sessions.

You will have the proven ability to work out of your own home. Travel (Post COVID) is limited but may be required for training, professional development, customer and tradeshow visits, or assimilation with other Solutions360 team members. Solutions360 leverages the latest video and team collaboration tools to ensure our remote workforce is connected and engaged.

Q360™ is a complete business software package that encompasses all aspects of Project Management, Job Costing, Service Management, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting. A Q360 Customer Success Manager will strive to become knowledgeable in each of these areas to support our growing customer base. In establishing this knowledge, you will gain a thorough understanding of both the mechanics of the user experience as well as an understanding of how data flows from one business area to the next. You will be responsible for interacting with key customers and consulting with internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • As a trusted advisor, conduct regularly scheduled meetings with SME’s and strategic contacts to understand and escalate key issues.
  • Interpret the needs and goals of the customer into actionable items.
  • Champion the customer’s needs; be the voice of the customer within Solutions360.
  • Establish clear goals and milestones that each customer will be working towards.
  • Help customers receive value quickly by managing key service calls post onboarding.
  • Generate and share training videos and the like along with best practices.
  • Advise customers on Q360 best practices to drive their business.
  • Continually drive additional value by encouraging deeper Q360 adoption.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams to respond to customer needs in a timely fashion.
  • Create evangelists and advocates among our customer base.
  • Keep up to date new features and bug fixes as well as the product Roadmap.
  • Share knowledge with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consistently find new ways to add value in customer interactions.
  • Gracefully navigate difficult conversations and situations
  • Occasionally visit customers at their sites as well as tradeshows.
  • Tailor training sessions to specific customer needs utilizing Q360 software and Q360 best practices
  • Enrich strong customer relationships and ensure a premium customer experience

Required Qualifications:

Business Analyst – Remote

We are growing and are looking to integrate another enthusiastic Business Analyst into our existing Professional Services group.

As a full-time “remote” Business Analyst at Solutions360 Inc, reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will develop an in depth knowledge of Solutions360 Inc’s flagship software “Q360” and actively participate in ERP implementation projects.

You will have the proven ability to work out of your own home and be willing and able to travel within the USA and to Canada (when the situation changes and it is safe to do so) approximately 25%  of the time. Travel is required for supporting implementations, customer training, professional development and assimilation with other Solutions360 team members. Solutions360 leverages the latest video and team collaboration tools to ensure our remote workforce is connected and engaged with our Corporate Team.

You will be responsible for hosting and or participating in requirements gathering meetings, developing solutions to business problems and working with our development team to deliver solutions to our customers. With continuous improvement in mind, you will work in cooperation with the team on improving the overall product for our customer base.

As an expert in Q360 and business practices, you will also assist our Customer Care team with ongoing customer support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Represent Solutions360, Inc. as the primary product expert on implementation projects
  • Elicit customer requirements and perform gap analysis that will influence system configuration
  • Advise customers on software and business best practices
  • Tailor training sessions and train end users on Q360 software and best practices

Customer Service Representative – Remote
