Customer Service Representative – Phoenix, AZ or Newmarket, ON

As a full-time Customer Service Representative at Solutions360 Inc, reporting to the Director of Customer Care, you will develop an in depth knowledge of Solutions360 Inc’s flagship software “Q360” and actively participate in the support of customers and organizations using Q360.

The position is open to candidates open to working in either our Phoenix, AZ office, or out of our Newmarket, ON Corporate Headquarters. Although regular travel is not an aspect of the position, occasional travel is required for on-boarding, training, professional development and assimilation with other Solutions360 team members. You must be willing and able to travel within the USA and Canada. Solutions360 leverages the latest video and team collaboration tools to ensure our remote workforce is connected and engaged with our Corporate Team.

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual who will work (remotely) with CFOs, Controllers and other Accounting Professionals within leading “Technology Integration” companies throughout North America. This role is an opportunity to leverage your accounting skills and experience, allowing customers to realize the full value of Q360 and ensure they achieve success in their business goals.

You will have the proven ability to work out of your own home. Although regular travel is not an aspect of the position, occasional travel is required for on-boarding, training, professional development and assimilation with other Solutions360 team members. Solutions360 leverages the latest video and team collaboration tools to ensure our remote workforce is connected and engaged with our Corporate Team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team of Customer Care Specialists to find solutions for any accounting/financial or functional issues
  • Assist the Professional Services and Development teams throughout the implementation process and development cycle
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Q360 and its accounting functions, as well as how various areas of the software affect accounting and financial reporting
  • Participate in daily status update sessions
  • Host periodic Master Class (Super User) webinar meetings
  • Collaborate with our growing customer base, helping them resolve issues with their day-to-day use of Q360
  • Triage inbound support inquiries by email and phone, assessing the priority, and initiating the path to resolution
  • Provide and share business process best practices to customers via email, phone or screen share
  • Document, prioritize, investigate and resolve service calls in a timely manner
  • Ensure clear & proactive communication with the customer base in regards to service call update

Business Analyst – Remote

As a full-time “remote” Business Analyst at Solutions360 Inc, reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will develop an in depth knowledge of Solutions360 Inc’s flagship software “Q360” and actively participate in ERP implementation projects.

You will have the proven ability to work out of your own home and be willing and able to travel within the USA and to Canada, 25% to 50% of the time. Travel is required for supporting implementations, customer training, professional development and assimilation with other Solutions360 team members. Solutions360 leverages the latest video and team collaboration tools to ensure our remote workforce is connected and engaged with our Corporate Team.

You will be responsible for hosting and or participating in requirements gathering meetings, developing solutions to business problems and working with our development team to deliver solutions to our customers. With continuous improvement in mind, you will work in cooperation with the team on improving the overall product for our customer base.

As an expert in Q360 and business practices, you will also assist our Customer Care team with ongoing customer support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Represent Solutions360, Inc. as the primary product expert on implementation projects
  • Elicit customer requirements and perform gap analysis that will influence system configuration
  • Advise customers on software and business best practices
  • Tailor training sessions and train end users on Q360 software and best practices
  • Enrich strong customer relationships and ensure a premium customer experience
  • Configure new Q360 installations and import new clients’ historical business data
  • Must be able to travel throughout Canada and the USA to customer sites

Sales Executive / Business Development Position

The Position:

Working alongside our group of talented, driven individuals we provide a proactive, dynamic working environment and offer the opportunity to apply expertise and creativity in developing this position. Our group exemplifies strong teamwork with a genuine enthusiasm for selling!

Reporting to our Executive Vice President, you will be responsible for lead generation, pre-qualifying leads and driving sales of business solutions and related services to a specific marketplace in a competitive environment. Your ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-level executives within suspect organizations will be pivotal to your success in qualifying leads early. You will spot the key indicators of growing organizations and be able to identify real opportunities by asking the tough questions early in the sales cycle.  You must be able to provide real value to “business conversations” with C-level and Ownership about their organizations and industry. Your sharp reasoning and business acumen will help you navigate a prospect through our focused sales methodology and articulate a compelling value proposition to prospects.  Once a lead is qualified and established as a valid prospect a large degree of sales support is provided throughout the remainder of the sales process.  Primary focus is on opening the right doors.

The Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years outside sales experience in Software or Business Services to end-users using a solution selling or complex sales model.
  • Specific experience within the Low Voltage Contractors industry is a huge advantage.
  • Be a top producer by exceeding quotas in past positions.
  • A record of prospecting and securing mid-sized privately held accounts through cold calling, consultative selling, relationship development and effective negotiation.
  • Experience selling into the Ownership, C-Suite and VP levels.
  • Must have experience conducting discovery calls/meetings to identify and expose core challenges.
  • Must have the ability to understand the root-cause of business problems and have the ability to articulate the effect of status quo on the business and the value of resolving them.
  • Ability to align a prospects challenges with aspects of our solution and prove value and ROI.
  • Posses the ability to negotiate contractual terms to close a sale.
