As a full-time Customer Service Representative at Solutions360 Inc, reporting to the Director of Customer Care, you will develop an in depth knowledge of Solutions360 Inc’s flagship software “Q360” and actively participate in the support of customers and organizations using Q360.
The position is open to candidates open to working in our Phoenix, AZ office. Although regular travel is not an aspect of the position, occasional travel is required for on-boarding, training, professional development and assimilation with other Solutions360 team members. You must be willing and able to travel within the USA and Canada. Solutions360 leverages the latest video and team collaboration tools to ensure our remote workforce is connected and engaged with our Corporate Team.

As a full-time “remote” Business Analyst at Solutions360 Inc, reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will develop an in depth knowledge of Solutions360 Inc’s flagship software “Q360” and actively participate in ERP implementation projects.
You will have the proven ability to work out of your own home and be willing and able to travel within the USA and to Canada, 25% to 50% of the time. Travel is required for supporting implementations, customer training, professional development and assimilation with other Solutions360 team members. Solutions360 leverages the latest video and team collaboration tools to ensure our remote workforce is connected and engaged with our Corporate Team.
You will be responsible for hosting and or participating in requirements gathering meetings, developing solutions to business problems and working with our development team to deliver solutions to our customers. With continuous improvement in mind, you will work in cooperation with the team on improving the overall product for our customer base.
As an expert in Q360 and business practices, you will also assist our Customer Care team with ongoing customer support.

Reporting to our Executive Vice President, you will be responsible for lead generation, pre-qualifying leads and driving sales of business solutions and related services to a specific marketplace in a competitive environment. Your ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-level executives within suspect organizations will be pivotal to your success in qualifying leads early. You will spot the key indicators of growing organizations and be able to identify real opportunities by asking the tough questions early in the sales cycle. You must be able to provide real value to “business conversations” with C-level and Ownership about their organizations and industry. Your sharp reasoning and business acumen will help you navigate a prospect through our focused sales methodology and articulate a compelling value proposition to prospects.
