This past week has presented many challenges to our businesses and families as we all look to adapt our lifestyles to the realities we face today. The changing landscape of the current health and economic climates are forcing many into uncharted territory as it pertains to how we run our businesses.

At Solutions360, the health and wellness of our employees, their families and our business partners is our number one priority. Fortunately, our team is fully up and running in a remote capacity striving to do “business as usual.”

Unfortunately, we know that this is not “business as usual” for many, if not all, of our business partners. We understand that in some cases, integration projects that were recently in full swing have suddenly paused and ground to a halt; others, flat out canceled. With this, the demand on business has changed and this can present both challenges in the loss of revenue and work, as well as opportunities with additional time to focus on items that could benefit from some increased attention. We would like to assure you that if we at Solutions360 can support you in any way through these challenges or opportunities, we are ready to do so. This may include accelerating your upgrade or adoption of Q360 v10 which can provide tremendous capabilities to help support your staff working remotely. We have also had requests for special accounting assistance and reporting which we have been able to accommodate. If your users are interested in additional on-line training, we’d be happy to get them signed up to access training via our Learning Management System.
