Subscription and Services Agreement: Your use of Q360 is governed by the terms of a Subscription and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) that must be executed separately. These Terms of Use are subject to the provisions of that Agreement.

License: Subject to the terms of the Agreement, Q360 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software solely for your internal business operations.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

User Responsibilities: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your user account. You agree to ensure that all users comply with these terms and are aware of the obligations under the Agreement.

Privacy and Data Protection: We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy attached to your agreement for information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to our software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason defined in your Agreement.

By using Q360, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the terms of the fully executed Subscription and Services Agreement.
