As soon as you log in, the main landing page displays your entire task list. With the app you have the ability to drill down for additional detail on any service call or project task that has been assigned.
Not sure how to get to the customer site? No problem! Just click on the address to launch Google Maps and get driving directions.
The app also works offline. So if you’re in a bad cellular zone, this will allow you to enter your time and a capture notes as you’re working away. In addition, it has functionality to capture GPS coordinates every 10 minutes. This will allow service team to easily identify the nearest technician available to manage emergency service calls.
